WELDING SUPERVISOR

A leading oilfield equipment manufacturer in Binh Duong is seeking a Welding Supervisor to manage welding activities for CNC‑machined components. You’ll ensure all welding work meets engineering, industry, and customer standards while promoting safety, quality, and continuous improvement within the team.

What you’ll do

• Supervise TIG/GTAW welding in line with drawings, WPS, qualifications, and standards.
• Verify materials, joint prep, and fit‑up before welding.
• Monitor filler materials, gases, temperatures, and consumables.
• Support new welding procedure development with engineering.
• Coordinate NDT with Quality Control.
• Identify defects, propose corrective actions, and maintain traceability records.
• Advise on welding feasibility and collaborate with engineering and QC.
• Enforce safety, fire prevention, and proper ventilation practices.
• Maintain complete documentation for audits.
• Train and mentor welders on new methods and standards.

What you bring

• Degree or diploma in Mechanical/Welding/Manufacturing Engineering.
• Recognized welding certifications and advanced process training.
• 5+ years’ experience in TIG/MIG/Plasma welding (preferably with large CNC‑machined parts).
• Strong ability to read technical drawings.
• Solid knowledge of welding technology, defects, and QC requirements.
• Experience with production processes for oilfield equipment.
• Skilled in multiple welding positions with high‑quality output.
• Understanding of mechanical/CNC concepts and process improvement experience.
