Engineering Projects Manager (Manufacturing) Location: Binh Duong Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Overview
This role leads the end-to-end delivery of manufacturing engineering projects: from concept through execution- ensuring alignment with business objectives, operational efficiency, and compliance standards. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage resources, and drive project performance across timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Development
• Conduct feasibility studies and evaluate project concepts
• Develop detailed project proposals with internal stakeholders and external partners
• Define technical specifications and manage vendor selection processes

2. Project Execution & Delivery
• Plan, schedule, and oversee all project phases
• Define scope, objectives, and work packages
• Allocate resources and manage cross-functional teams
• Ensure delivery against timeline, budget, and quality targets
• Implement and monitor quality control standards

3. Stakeholder Management
• Maintain clear communication with internal teams, leadership, and external partners
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and logistics providers
• Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and issues

4. Monitoring & Continuous Improvement
• Track project performance using defined KPIs and metrics
• Identify and mitigate risks proactively
• Conduct post-project reviews and drive continuous improvement initiatives

5. Compliance & Governance
• Ensure adherence to safety, regulatory, and company standards
• Maintain compliance across all project activities
• Participate in required compliance and safety programs

Requirements
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Project Management, or related field
• PMP / PRINCE2 certification preferred
Experience
• Proven track record managing complex manufacturing or engineering projects (typically >$1M)
• Experience in fast-paced, multi-project environments
