QC Manager/Director

An exciting QC Manager/Director job has arisen in a leading furniture company in Vietnam.

About this QC Manager/Director role:

Reporting to the CEO, this position will look after all aspect of QC for the factory.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the QC output for all TA product
• Ensure QC staffs complete the daily quality inspection task meet production schedule of TA and material suppliers
• Set up specifics quality requirements and distribute to QC for inspection purpose
• Communicate with RDD/ Engineering for requirements, change need to be updated
• Cooperate with Planning / LAB/ Engineering for samples/ references to determine quality
• Notify HOD and help to analyse and correct the production problems
• Review DPTF and give solution
• Report all malfunctions to HOD to ensure immediate action
• Support production floor for shipment

In order to suceed in this role, experience in managing big QC team within furniture manufacturing is preferred

Key Requirements

• At least 10 years working experience as a QC manager in a furniture factory
• Focus on whitewood quality and moisture control, with good knowledge of machining, sanding, and entire manufacturing process, including final QC
• Able to see and differentiate finish colour for colour processing control. Can pass a colour-blind test
• Experience in furniture’s hardware
• Able to read and understand full-size CAD drawing
• Good communication & computer understanding with ability to send reports by email
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Able to effectively communicate with all levels of employees & management
• English speaking is preferred
