What you'll do:
As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in assuring that our client's plant meets customers' quality expectations. You will be responsible for leading quality activities across the entire company, controlling the quality of raw materials, semi-finished and finished goods. Your role will also involve organising necessary controls in income checks, in-process inspections and final inspections. You will work closely with other departments, providing necessary training and responding promptly to customer concerns or complaints.
- Lead the quality activity in all the company.
- Control the quality of raw material, semi and finish good to ensure compliance to the requirement.
- Organise the necessary controls in income check, in-process inspection and final inspection.
- Ensure all procedures related to quality are set up and run effectively.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve all issues related to quality quickly and effectively.
- Manage all measuring devices.
- Provide necessary quality awareness training to all employees.
- Respond timely to customers’ concerns/complaints.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Quality Assurance Manager position brings a wealth of experience and knowledge from previous roles within Quality Assurance at a similar level within a furniture factory. You should be fluent in English and proficient in office computing. Experience working in a foreign company would be advantageous. Your strong analytical, planning and problem-solving skills will be key to your success in this role. The ability to work under high pressure is essential.
- A university degree or equivalent qualification in a related field.
- At least 5 years experience in Quality Assurance at a similar level within a furniture factory.
- Fluency in English.
- Proficiency in office computing.
- Experience working in a foreign company is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, planning & problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under high pressure.
