Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to join their team in Bau Bang, Binh Duong. This role is pivotal in the day-to-day management of the production floor, including capacity and delivery management, cost control, efficiency improvement, quality control, personnel management, lean production site management, and culture building. The successful candidate will ensure the efficient completion of production tasks and standardized operations.

What you'll do:

As a Production Manager, you will be at the heart of our client's operations. Your role will involve overseeing the daily management of the production site, ensuring smooth and efficient production activities. You will be responsible for tracking production progress to ensure timely product delivery while resolving any issues that may arise during the delivery process. Your keen eye for detail will be crucial in monitoring production costs, optimizing material usage, and reducing waste. You will also play a key role in improving overall production efficiency through process optimization and effective personnel and equipment arrangement. As part of your leadership responsibilities, you will manage the daily operations of the production team, including task assignment and performance evaluation. Your commitment to lean principles will be evident as you promote these concepts within your team to reduce waste and improve resource utilization.

• Oversee daily management of the production site, optimizing production layout and processes
• Ensure timely product delivery by tracking production progress and resolving any issues that arise during the delivery process
• Monitor production costs, optimize material usage, and reduce waste of raw materials
• Improve production efficiency by optimizing production processes and efficiently arranging personnel and equipment
• Manage the production team on a daily basis, including personnel allocation, task assignment, and performance evaluation
• Promote lean production concepts to reduce waste in the production process and improve resource utilization
• Take full responsibility to develop your own production team

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Production Manager role brings a wealth of experience from a similar position within a manufacturing entity. With at least 10 years' managerial experience under your belt, including 5 years as a head of production role, you are well-versed in all aspects of manufacturing operations. Your background ideally includes experience in furniture or durable goods manufacturing where you have demonstrated your ability to drive technology and process continuous improvement. Your fluency in Chinese, both spoken and written, will be crucial in this role, as will your excellent presentation skills.
