What you'll do:

• Initiate regular production meetings with line supervisors to provide guidance, address challenges collaboratively, and facilitate open communication regarding issues requiring support.
• Assess performance of groups not meeting expectations or targets, implementing solutions or offering guidance to overcome obstacles and promote goal achievement.
• Manage direct and indirect materials by working closely with materials planners on constant forecast updates, investigating shortages, and ensuring seamless departmental operations.
