An exciting Security and Safety Manager job has arisen in a leading electronics manufacturer in Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam.

About the Security and Safety Manager Role:

In this role, you will play a critical part in terms of setting up & maintaining the entire security of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the entire security, order and safety of the company's assets and protection objectives
• Control the employees follow the company's regulations; directly deal with security incidents occurring at the company and the protection targets
• Control the activities of vehicles entering and leaving the company
• Organise regular training of professional security team
• Implement fire prevention and fighting activities at the company
• Maintain and ensure that the security equipment system is always in good working order
• Operate the building's surveillance camera system, quickly capture problems through the system
• Directly resolve disputes and conflicts if any
• Coordinate with relevant departments
• Manage and be responsible for the efficiency of work related to security and safety in the headquarters building and the company's projects
• Assign work, manage and coordinate, supervise the work of security staffs in team

To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.

Key Requirements

• Knowledge and mastery of security - protection
• Skilled in handling emergencies and unsafe situations
• Proficient in the use of security equipment
• Professional knowledge of fire safety standards
• Clear background record, no criminal record, criminal record
• Honest; careful; vivacious; dynamic
• Education/professional qualifications: College or above
• Good discipline, high sense of responsibility and work responsibility
• Experienced in working with government agencies, especially in coordination with ward/district police in ensuring security and order
