What you'll do:

As a Country Security Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's security landscape. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement robust security standards that align with regional and global frameworks. You will manage all aspects of incident management, from reviewing to investigating security-related incidents. Additionally, you will roll out comprehensive risk assessments, conduct thorough audits, and initiate training programs to ensure compliance. Overseeing the financial aspects of the department, you will manage budgets and Profit & Loss statements while striving for cost efficiency. Your role also involves enhancing customer satisfaction by leveraging security as a competitive advantage.

* Develop and implement country-specific security standards in alignment with regional and global frameworks

* Roll out risk assessments, security audits, and training programs across the country

* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in security management
* At least 1-2 years of experience within the logistics or supply chain industry
* In-depth knowledge of security practices within Vietnam is preferred
* Bachelor’s degree in security management or a related field is desirable
* Professional certification from recognized security bodies is highly desirable
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for reporting, data analysis, and presentations
* Familiarity with security technologies such as surveillance, access control, etc.
* Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
