EHS Manager Location: Dong Nai Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Competitive package

Role Overview
A US-headquartered multinational in high-tech precision manufacturing (advanced materials / optics / electronics-related processes) is seeking an EHS Manager to lead environmental, health, and safety governance for its Vietnam operations.
This is a senior site and country-level role with ownership of regulatory compliance, EHS systems, and team leadership, operating within a structured global EHS framework.

Key Responsibilities
• Own environmental permitting, renewals, reporting, and regulatory compliance
• Lead site EHS programs covering safety, industrial hygiene, waste, emissions, and emergency response
• Partner with engineering and project teams to ensure EHS compliance during site expansion and capital projects
• Lead, coach, and develop EHS and medical support teams
• Drive a strong, values-based safety culture aligned with global standards

Experience & Qualifications
• 8+ years of EHS experience in manufacturing or regulated industrial environments
• 3+ years in EHS leadership / management roles
• Strong knowledge of Vietnam EHS laws, permitting, and regulatory processes
• Experience in high-tech, precision, electronics, advanced materials, or FMCG with mature EHS systems
• Confident managing stakeholders across site, corporate, and regulatory levels
• Strong English proficiency.


Preferred
• Experience supporting facility expansion or greenfield/brownfield projects
• Exposure to corporate EHS audits and global reporting
• Certifications or specialized expertise (advantage):
+ EHS Auditor
+ Radiation or Laser Safety
+ CSP / CIH or equivalent
• Hands-on experience supporting ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 9001 or similar systems
• Comfortable operating within formal Quality and Environmental Management Systems

Notes:
Open to strong EHS leaders across industries. Local Vietnamese candidates with multinational experience preferred. Proximity to Southern Vietnam manufacturing hubs is a plus.
