Assistant Facility Manager

An exciting Assistant Facility Manager job has arisen in a leading firm in Ho Chi Minh City.

About the Assistant Facility Manager Role:

In this Assistant Facility Manager role, you will take all the responsibilities to manage site operations, risk management, OHS & quality management, other project supports. You will also have the opportunity to get exposure to world class standard in education field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for site operations, risk management, OHS & quality management, other project supports
• Lead the team to meet all the KPIs as set out in the department
• Conduct procurement & vendor management
• Plan and manage budgets for operations and maintenance
• Manage stakeholders and customers: support to manage customers, stakeholder and third party relationship through regular communication with stakeholder to ensure that resources are responding effectively and efficiently
• Training and development: Review and recommend staff and employee training programs, workshops, seminars and classes to facilitate development and improvement of competencies and proficiency
• Other tasks to be assigned by line manager within facility management and technical services

To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor in Automation/Electrical/Mechanical Technical or Solid background in engineering, plant machinery, BMS, systems and excellent equipment knowledge, or a Bachelor in facilities management, project management or relevant field
• Solid understanding about standard process of operation and maintaining MEP system
• Quality management & organisational skills, problem solving & strategic thinking, excellence oriented mindset
