What you'll do:
As a Maintenance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's industrial site. Your primary responsibility will be overseeing the maintenance of all machinery and production systems. You will develop comprehensive maintenance plans, react swiftly to resolve any issues, and cooperate closely with relevant teams. Additionally, you will manage the repair and maintenance of the plant's power system. Your role will also involve planning changes for office facilities and production equipment layouts, coordinating with architecture/engineering firms as necessary. A key part of your role will be setting an example for your team, embodying the company's culture and values.
* Develop and execute maintenance plans for all machinery and production systems
* React swiftly to solve any issues related to machinery or production systems
* Cooperate with relevant teams in maintenance activities
* Ensure compliance with guidelines from machinery manufacturers, management, clients, and government bodies
* Manage and supervise the process of repairing and maintaining the power system of the plant
* Plan facilities changes for offices and production equipment layouts
* Coordinate with architecture/engineering firms in developing design criteria and preparing layout and detail drawings in Office Projects
