An exciting opportunity to lead Vietnam operations located in the Southeast area of Ho Chi Minh City.

As Plant Manager, you’ll oversee all operations functions and collaborates with the other teams —commercial, engineering, finance, HR, marketing, and supply chain—driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and team success. The company values integrity, safety, and community, offering a people-focused culture with room for growth and impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead overall performance across all departments
  • Shape strategic direction with cross-functional teams
  • Champion lean manufacturing and process improvements
  • Strengthen customer relationships and identify growth opportunities
  • Drive new market development and capital projects
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and legal requirements
  • Promote safety culture and daily observance
  • Mentor functional leads and manage KPIs
  • Contribute to budgeting and long-term planning

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in plant/manufacturing leadership
  • Proven P&L ownership and lean manufacturing success
