What you'll do:

As Operations Manager based in Binh Duong, you will immerse yourself in a dynamic environment where your ability to coordinate complex manufacturing processes will be highly valued. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve close collaboration with both internal colleagues and external partners as you oversee the full lifecycle of port equipment projects—from initial planning through to final installation. You will be instrumental in driving productivity improvements by developing robust KPIs alongside other supply operations teams. Your focus on safety will see you working hand-in-hand with HSE specialists to identify risks early and implement effective solutions. By managing on-site supervisory resources efficiently and fostering strong communication across all levels of the organisation, you will ensure that every project runs smoothly while upholding the highest standards of quality.   • Coordinate all aspects of manufacturing and installation operations throughout Vietnam, ensuring smooth execution of projects from inception to completion.
  • Prepare, negotiate, and manage subcontracting purchase orders and contracts with external partners such as manufacturing firms and installation subcontractors.
  • Plan innovative concepts related to steel structure manufacturing and oversee crane module installations, ensuring alignment with project requirements.
  • Manage on-site supervisory resources by planning schedules, allocating tasks, and supporting team members in their daily activities.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including supply functions, project management teams, logistics specialists, health & safety experts, and quality assurance professionals.
  • Drive productivity improvements by developing key performance indicators (KPIs) in partnership with other supply operations functions.
  • Champion safe site operations by identifying potential risks and working proactively with HSE specialists to resolve any issues promptly.
  • Implement process enhancements and quality improvement programmes that elevate operational standards across all projects.
  • Foster open communication channels between all parties involved in the supply chain to ensure transparency and effective problem-solving.
