Plant Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead production, maintenance, logistics, compliance, and support services.
• Champion health, safety, and environmental initiatives (Zero Harm, ISO standards).
• Implement sustainability strategies (reduce water, waste, emissions, energy).
• Ensure certified systems (ISO 45001, 9001, 14001, 3834, 37301).
• Align factory capacity with customer demand via Sales & Operations Planning.
• Manage purchasing, supplier relationships, and inventory control.
• Drive downtime reduction and embed continuous improvement.
• Communicate site vision, lead training, and succession planning.

What You Bring:

• Proven experience managing steel/aluminium manufacturing sites.
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards and safety compliance.
• Engineering qualifications (mechanical, electrical, chemical, industrial).
• Familiarity with WCM/lean methodologies and ERP systems (SAP B1).
• Supportive leadership, strong interpersonal skills, and results-driven mindset.
