Production Manager

An exciting Production Manager job has arisen in a leading organisation in packaging industry in Binh Duong Vietnam.

About the Production Manager Role:

In this role, you will manage manpower and all production activities in order to keep production departments running in an efficient state.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversees day-to-day workflow of production staff
• Manage operation of all production processes
• Oversees day-to-day workflow of production staff
• Manage operation of all production processes
• Manage the BOPP-Production
• Assign the BOPP-Production plan
• Give support and train the subordinates in BOPP-Production and perform other tasks
• Coordinate with related divisions/departments both internally and externally
• Resolve the difficulties within the BOPP-Production and other tasks and ensure the efficiency and efficacy of the outcome as stated in the policy
• Endorse the tasks in BOPP-Production and other related tasks
• Attend meetings for planning and allocating policy of the company
• Develop the products, the quality of products according to customer’s satisfaction
• Perform other tasks as assigned

To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.

Key Requirements:

• Production management experience (BOPP, BOPET)
• Possess the knowledge/ ability to manage the production
• Ability to create accountability and to lead by example
• Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills
