A prominent manufacturing multinational corporation seeks a Finance Manager to join their team in Dong Nai.

About the Finance Manager Role:

The Finance Manager will oversee the accounting team, provide oversight of operational processes and internal controls. He/she will report to the Financial Controller and perform various assigned tasks to support company operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and assess internal controls of all factories in Vietnam
• Propose and implement solutions to enhance internal controls
• Lead and perform accounting analyses, including financial report reviews
• Oversee accounting, reporting, taxation, credit control, cash flow, and treasury functions
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, month-end closing, and business analysis
• Ensure compliance with legal, audit, and compliance policies
• Support skills development programs for staff
• Handle ad-hoc assignments as directed by superior

To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy/Finance
• 6+ years relevant experience
• Strong analytical skills
• Effective multitasking and attention to detail
• Adaptable team player, capable of handling pressure and tight deadlines
• Critical thinker with strategic mindset
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English
