About the job Production Manager (Chemical) in Binh Duong:

The Production Manager oversees day-to-day production, ensuring safety compliance, high-quality products, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Arrange production plan/ machines/ workers in the most efficient way
• Orient, train, manage, supervise and improve workers, and machines to follow available workflow
• Promote safety, health, and environmental compliance
• Ensure plant safety standards and performance
• Manage to ensure all machine and equipment are always in safe condition to operate
• Drive change for safety, processes, cost, and quality
• Enhance productivity and reduce risks
• Use problem-solving and continuous improvement
• Work with plant manager to deliver effective production planning to meet customers’ needs

To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry / chemical engineering or related field
• Minimum five years of working experience in chemical plant
• Strong planning, organisation, and communication
• Good English and Vietnamese
