To further enhance our production capabilities, they are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Production Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage and optimise production productivity and capacity
• Develop and maintain a production schedule to be reviewed in sales meetings, ensuring alignment with customer demands
• Provide production lead-times to the sales department promptly and ensure adherence to these lead-times
• Maintain compliance with company standards, oversee production budget, and implement cost control measures
• Implement and enforce strict manufacturing standards and procedures to ensure product quality and consistency
• Provide procurement forecasts to the purchasing department and coordinate the qualification of new raw material sources
• Ensure production activities adhere to the company's quality management system and undergo regular audits

To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Chemical Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of five years of experience in production management
• Proficiency in Vietnamese and French
• Experience in cable manufacturing, electroplating or high precision processing is a strong advantage
