Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Manager to join their team in Ho Chi Minh. This role offers the opportunity to directly manage all production operations and repair & maintenance activities for the site. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing production activities, quality issues, and technical troubleshooting.

What you'll do:
As a Production Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing all aspects of our client's production operations. You will be responsible for directing the work of both the Production Team and Engineering team to achieve high performance. Your role will involve setting up procedures and standards to measure team performance while ensuring continuous improvement through analysis of work delays and quality issues. You will also be involved in staffing decisions, promoting a sustainable culture of safety, quality, and productivity on the production floor.

* Manage the non-woven process lines
* Direct the work of the Production Team and Engineering team to achieve high performance
* Set up procedures and standards to measure performance of each team
* Convert daily reports into graphed data to check progress and ensure continuous improvement
* Analyze work delays and quality issues to discover and remedy root cause problems
* Ensure compliance with company rules, regulations, and policies

What you bring:

* BS in Industrial Engineering, Industrial technology, Industrial Management or equivalent field
* Minimum 5 years in Polymer, textile or Nonwovens manufacturing environment and process improvement
* Ability to troubleshoot technical problems effectively
* Proven experience in leading teams to accomplish production goals and objectives
* Fluency in English
