Quality Manager

Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Manager to join their team in Vietnam. This role is integral to the company's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and overseeing quality control systems, working closely with production teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure all products meet or exceed industry standards.

What you'll do:

* Develop comprehensive quality control systems including inspection procedures, sampling plans, and documentation requirements.
* Conduct quality inspections at various stages of the production process.
* Collect, analyse, and report on quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
* Monitor key quality metrics and report findings to management.
* Conduct thorough investigations of quality issues and implement corrective actions.
* Collaborate with suppliers to ensure incoming materials meet quality standards.
* Provide training opportunities to ensure all employees understand and adhere to quality control procedures.
* Promote a culture of quality throughout the organisation.

What you bring:

* Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control or a related field, preferably in the furniture manufacturing industry.
* Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methods, and tools.
* Experience with quality management systems such as ISO 9001.
* Excellent problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
