What you'll do:
As a Production Manager, you will be at the forefront of our client's BOPP production operations. Your primary responsibility will be managing the BOPP production, including assigning plans and endorsing tasks. You will also play a crucial role in supporting and training your team members, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment. Your ability to coordinate with various internal and external departments will be key in resolving any difficulties within the production process. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to attend strategic planning meetings, contributing to the company's overall direction. Lastly, your role will involve developing products and enhancing their quality according to customer satisfaction.
- Manage the BOPP-Production
- Assign the BOPP-Production plan
- Support and train subordinates in BOPP-Production
- Coordinate with related divisions/departments both internally and externally
- Resolve difficulties within the BOPP-Production
- Endorse tasks in BOPP-Production and other related tasks
- Attend meetings for planning and allocating company policy
- Develop products, enhancing quality according to customer’s satisfaction

- Bachelor Degree or higher
- Minimum 5 years of production management experience (BOPP, BOPET)
