Manager to join their team in Quang Ngai. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee and manage

What you'll do:

As a Production General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's manufacturing
operations. Your responsibilities will include setting up production plans, implementing strategies, managing
activities according to approved norms, and focusing on cost reduction. You will also be tasked with
supervising the entire production process, ensuring product quality, quantity, and timely delivery.
Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining safety standards within the factory and improving the
quality management system.
• Oversee and manage all aspects of the production process
• Ensure completion of the production plan/targets
• Promote the development and implementation of work plans for each department
• Focus on yearly cost reduction targets
• Manage and supervise the entire production process
• Responsible for ensuring the safety and good operation of the factory's systems and tools
• Maintain and improve the quality management system
