• Oversee a workforce of approximately 150 employees, providing guidance, support, and accountability to maintain high standards of productivity and safety.
• Directly manage mechanical processes, with particular attention to manufacturing processes where applicable.
• Implement Lean manufacturing methodologies including Six Sigma principles and Single-Minute Exchange of Die (SMED) techniques to drive continuous improvement throughout the production environment.
• Prepare comprehensive production reports in English that accurately reflect operational performance, document KPI achievement, and facilitate effective communication within the organization.
• Lead both Production and Engineering teams by setting clear goals, monitoring progress closely, and fostering a collaborative atmosphere focused on achieving key performance indicators.
• Develop detailed procedures, work instructions, and flow charts to guide team members and ensure consistency in operational practices across all shifts.
