- Directly manage mechanical processes, with particular attention to manufacturing processes where applicable.
- Implement Lean manufacturing methodologies including Six Sigma principles and Single-Minute Exchange of Die (SMED) techniques to drive continuous improvement throughout the production environment.
- Prepare comprehensive production reports in English that accurately reflect operational performance, document KPI achievement, and facilitate effective communication within the organization.
- Lead both Production and Engineering teams by setting clear goals, monitoring progress closely, and fostering a collaborative atmosphere focused on achieving key performance indicators.
