What you’ll do

Key responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end manufacturing engineering for HVAC products, including quality, maintenance, utilities, and facilities.

  • Resolve production, quality, and equipment issues to maintain uptime and delivery performance.

  • Support preventive and corrective maintenance strategies and spare parts control.

  • Manage facility infrastructure systems including water, electricity, industrial gases, cooling water, compressed air, wastewater, and LPG.

What you bring

  • Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, HVAC Engineering, or related field.

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in automotive or industrial manufacturing, ideally Tier One.

  • Strong HVAC and manufacturing process knowledge, including lean and process flow analysis.

  • Hands-on experience with PFMEA, SPC, Control Plans, and preventive maintenance.

  • Ability to read technical drawings; proficiency in CAD tools and Microsoft Office.

  • Strong English communication skills and collaborative working style.

  • Experience with supplier development, audits, and SQE coordination preferred.

  • Tooling and fixture design experience (including brazing) is an advantage.

  • Familiarity with utility and facility systems is beneficial.

  • Commitment to safety, 5S, IATF16949, ISO14001, and continuous improvement.
