What you bring:
To excel as Production Manager – Finishing (Jewelry Manufacturing), you bring extensive hands-on experience from complex manufacturing settings where technical acumen is matched by your ability to inspire those around you. You thrive when collaborating across functions—valuing open communication channels that keep everyone aligned on targets. Your comfort with digital platforms ensures smooth integration between planning systems and shop-floor activities. Above all else, your passion for continuous improvement drives you to seek out opportunities for learning—both personally and collectively—so that every member of your team can grow alongside the business.

- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on empathy, cooperation, effective communication, and nurturing positive relationships across diverse teams.
- Project management experience involving cross-functional groups; able to coordinate multiple stakeholders towards common goals while balancing competing priorities.
- Results-oriented mindset combined with strong organisational skills; adept at planning workflows under tight deadlines or limited resources without sacrificing quality or safety.
- Proven track record of supporting continuous improvement initiatives that deliver tangible benefits in productivity or cost reduction.
- Ability to resolve problems thoughtfully under pressure by drawing on analytical thinking as well as emotional intelligence when engaging others in solutions.
