A global company in the gift industry is looking for a Production Manager to lead manufacturing operations in Da Nang. This role will oversee day-to-day production activities, ensuring products are delivered on time, meet quality standards, and are produced safely and efficiently.

You will manage production teams, optimise processes, and collaborate closely with engineering, quality, and logistics to drive operational improvements. The role also involves developing team capabilities, improving workflows, and ensuring the factory operates in line with company standards and production targets.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily production operations to ensure timely delivery and consistent product quality.
• Maintain a safe working environment and enforce compliance with factory regulations and safety standards.
• Monitor production performance and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Supervise, coach, and develop production teams to strengthen performance and engagement.
• Optimise production layouts, workflows, and material handling to improve operational efficiency.
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, quality, logistics, and management to resolve operational issues.
• Track and report production metrics, operational challenges, and improvement initiatives to leadership.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Industrial Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a production management role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, production planning, and quality control.
• Proven ability to lead teams, drive performance, and support employee development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to operational improvements.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
• Good command of English and proficiency with standard digital tools.
