Store Development Manager

A well -know F&B retails chain is looking for Store Development Manager who will manage end to end of the project from site identification to hand over. The opportunity is stuiable for experienced Store/Outlet Developement Project Manager within the F&B or retails industry.

About the Store Development Manager Role:

Our client is a foreign F&B brand with good brand recognition in Vietnam. The position is report to General Manager of the company in Vietnam, and located in Ho Chi Minh City.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and investigate potential sites to grow the brands
• Review lease documents and design phase management
• Prepare and develop initial planning and budgets for new stores opening, remodels and refresh projects
• Organise kick-off meetings with key parties involved
• Independently take production and design decisions in the best interest of the company
• Do regular visits to store locations whilst under construction in function of the complexity of the project
• Conduct a formal hand-over with the contractor, shop fitter and any other parties contracted by the company

To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.

Key Requirements:

• At least three years working experiences in similar position
• Project leadership in a cross-functional environment three to five years experiences
• Retail or restaurant new store opening, three to five years experiences
• Forecasting, in-depth analytics, business development three to five years experiences
