Project Manager

An exciting Project Manager job has arisen in a leading firm in Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam.

About the Project Manager Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the entire project flow from the final stage of the commercial negotiations with the customer, through the job development phases, up to plant commissioning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ability to read and interpret sales and/or supply contracts
• Ability to plan and schedule job activities, focusing on timeframes, costs and quality
• Risk assessment, recovery plans, claims management
• Coordinating with the various teams and subsidiaries involved in job progress (Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Assembly)
• Shipping supervision and responsibility for the job order income statement
• Coordination of site work up to the startup of the plant trough site manager
• Customer relations and satisfaction

To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering
• Previous experience (minimum four years) as a Project Manager in plant manufacturing companies
• Experience in relations with external customers
• Knowledge of claims management processes; PMP certification; industrial plant engineering; environmental field
• Proficiency in spoken and written English
• Available to travel world-wide on business trips
