About the job Program Manager - Automotive, based in Binh Duong, Vietnam:

This Program Manager directly works with overseas customers & internal project team. You will be responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the APQP process from concept to launch, ensuring all project milestones are met within schedule, budget, and quality parameters for new products
• Plan resources needed to reach objectives and prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
• Ensure program team members are aligned on project goals/timing and manage stakeholder expectations
• Ensure projects are well follow-up and the process flow meets customers' requirements
• Liaise with clients, promptly responding to their queries and feedback while keeping them informed of project status and anticipated timelines
• Manage relationships between customers and stakeholders
• Perform risk management analysis to reduce project risks
• Measure project performance and identify areas for improvement

To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial / Mechanical / Automotive / Electronics engineering
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
• Two years of experience in APQP program management, working with product development within the automotive industry is preferred
• Experience with global industry standards such as ISO9001, IATF16949, VDA6.3, AS9100 or other related standards
• Experience working with core quality tools such as APQP, FMEA, PPAP, MSA, or SPC
• Familiar with project management tools and techniques
• Professional business manner and appearance
• Able to read technical drawings
• Able to travel overseas for business trip
