What you'll do:
As a Site Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client's retail network. Your primary responsibility will be to identify suitable business locations that align with the company's strategic plans. You will evaluate the potential of these locations, negotiate lease contracts, and ensure compliance throughout the leasing period. Additionally, you will propose new location strategies to enhance brand recognition and drive sales. You will also collaborate with various departments on store layout design and supervise the construction process until the store opening. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent negotiation skills, and a high sense of responsibility.
- Identify suitable business locations based on company requirements.
- Evaluate the quality and potential of identified locations.
- Negotiate and sign lease contracts.
- Monitor contract compliance and handle arising issues.
- Propose new location strategies to enhance brand recognition and boost sales.
- Coordinate with related departments on store layout design and oversee construction process until store opening.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Site Development Manager role brings at least two years of experience in a similar position. Experience in fashion retail or chain stores is highly desirable. You should have graduated from college or higher education level. Proficiency in office computer skills such as Word and Excel is required. Knowledge about construction including measurement and quality assessment of infrastructure is essential. You must be ready to travel according to the company's plan. Excellent negotiation skills along with being agile, proactive, honest and highly responsible are key traits for this role.
