What you'll do:
As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our client's operations. You will be responsible for overseeing project management methodologies, ensuring quality standards are met by reviewing key performance indicators, and implementing agreed production schedules. Your role will also involve working closely with the production leadership team to drive performance improvements. You will handle any production-related issues or delays proactively and participate in new product development and testing. Additionally, you will facilitate communication between the factory and Sydney office, review QA plans, and build strong relationships with key factory employees.
- Proficiently manage projects using relevant methodologies and programs.
- Review manufacturing partner production key performance indicators regularly to ensure quality standards.
- Be responsible for implementing agreed production schedules with manufacturing partners.
- Work closely with the production leadership team to drive performance improvements.
- Handle any production related issues or delays proactively.
- Participate in new product development and testing.
- Proactively facilitate communication between factory/Sydney to ensure agreed production schedules are adhered to.
- Review manufacturing partner QA plans and documentation and assess whether QA is being adhered to.
- Build productive and professional relationships with key employees at factories.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Project Manager role brings a wealth of experience and skills. You have earned a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Manufacturing or Project Management. You are proficient in MS Excel and familiar with SAP. You have excellent command over English and Vietnamese at a business level. With at least 8-10 years of experience as a Production Supervisor or Leader, you have proven your ability to solve problems creatively. You understand HACCEP and other QA methodologies. Your ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on demand is exceptional. Financial literacy and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification are preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, business, manufacturing, project management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Project Management software Familiarity with SAP
- Business Level proficiency in English and Vietnamese
- At least 8 - 10 years of experience as a Production Supervisor/ Leader (or higher level)
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively
