Quality Manager (QA,QC)

A leading international agriculture / food manufacturing company is seeking a QAQC Manager, based near Ha Noi.

About the Quality Manager Role:

We are looking for Quality manager for a premium agriculture / food manufacturing company, based near Hanoi. In this role, we welcome applications of both QA and QC or total quality leaders who possesses strong experience in ensuring product quality following HACCP, BRC, ISO standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance the efficiency of Quality Management System. Ensure 100% product's quality are controlled
• Provide training for staffs regarding food safety and product quality
• Coordinate with related departments (Production, Sales, Supply Chain) to ensure product quality, R&D of new products
• Conduct internal audits, coordinate with other departments to do the corrective actions and follow up the implementations of the entire company
• Update the standards related to the quality of goods from customers and the regulations of Local and/or imported countries
• Analyse and feedback the customer's complaints
• Monitor the prerequisite programs of factory, warehouse and suppliers
• Cooperate and fully implement the development projects such as SAP, auditing and training
• Control the quality in whole factory. Report as requirements from up level

To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Biology / Food technology or related majors
• At least three years of experience in similar positions in food / agriculture industry
• Fluent English and Vietnamese
• Familiar with HACCP, BRC, ISO standards and quality management system
