• Analyse colour & chemical recipes for the Lab
• Build up lab protocols & ensure the laboratory and equipment remain in good operating
• Set up QMS following company standards, be responsible for IQC, PQC & OQC
• Handle customer complaints & provide sustainable solutions
• Support the dyehouse to achieve high RFT in Lab-to-Bulk and color pass/fail monitoring
• Collaborate with other departments
• Quality assurance and certificate application/renewal
• Maintain high standard for dyelab housekeeping
• Monitor dyelab operation following KPI performance set up
• Other tasks assigned by General Director

To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.

• At least eight years of experience in the dyeing industry
• Five years of experience in management level
• Having experience in setting up factory is a plus
• Good English communication
