About the QC Manager Role:

• Establish and maintain QC guidelines and processes to monitor the related execution and results
• Lead and oversee final QC operations to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal quality standards
• Review and make improvement on quality related process and procedure where applicable
• Collaborate with internal function head to support quality related matters
• Mentor, train, and provide support to the QC department to promote exceptional performance and continuous improvement
• Lead or support team on the quality incident investigation, root cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions
• Utilise data analysis to derive insights and recommendations that enhance operational efficiency and quality maintenance
• Collaborate cross-functionally with the production team to address quality challenges and develop innovative solutions
• Contribute to the development and implementation of quality control processes and protocols

To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.

Key Requirements:

• Proven QC managerial experience in manufacturing, ensuring compliance and product quality
• Thorough knowledge of industry regulations, USFDA is a plus
• Strong at establishing
• Clear communication of complex quality information to various stakeholders
• Can-do attitude
• Fluent English and Vietnamese
