What you'll do:
As a Quality Assurance Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our client's position as a leader in product quality. You will set the bar high, establishing and implementing quality standards that ensure excellence across all gear products. Your remit will also include managing vendor QC standards and targets, ensuring compliance, and driving quality initiatives within your team. This role requires proactive teamwork within a factory environment, as well as the ability to set priorities and work independently.

What you bring:
The ideal Quality Assurance Supervisor brings a wealth of experience to the table. With at least seven years' experience in the textile business, including R+D-QC Factory management, you have honed your skills in this industry. Your three years of direct golf gear experience further enhances your suitability for this role. You are fluent in both English and Vietnamese, comfortable using mainstream Office software programs, and possess strong interpersonal skills. Your keen eye for product detail sets you apart from others.
- BA degree in design, engineering, textile or business management
- Fluency in English essential as global business language
- Minimum 7 years experience in textile business (R+D-QC Factory management)
- 3 years direct golf gear experience (golf bags/travel/hats/gloves/towels)
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Vietnamese
- Competency on all mainstream Office software programs
- Strong product eye and taste level
- Design, engineering and pattern/cad making ability a bonus
- Strong interpersonal skills
