Our client, a renowned industry leader, is seeking a highly skilled Quality Manager for the Southeast Asia (SEA) market. Based in Ho Chi Minh City, this full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee and ensure the required standards of quality across all products and services within the region. What you'll do:

As a Quality Manager for the SEA market, your primary responsibility will be overseeing and ensuring the required standards of quality across all products and services within the region. You will play a crucial role in collaborating with various teams to address quality issues, implementing corrective measures, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Your ability to coordinate customer complaints effectively, prepare comprehensive quality reports, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards will be key to your success in this role.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics and trends to address areas for continuous improvement.
  • Act as an aQa member in the region whenever an aseptic issue arises.
  • Coordinate customer complaints and feedback, ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder communication.
  • Prepare and present quality reports to senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international quality regulations and standards.
  • Support sale functions in describing the Aseptic System.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Quality Manager position brings a wealth of experience from the food & beverage industry sector. With at least 5 years of experience in quality management, you possess deep knowledge of regulatory requirements specific to the SEA market. Your excellent analytical skills enable you to solve complex problems efficiently. As a strong leader, you have demonstrated team management abilities. Your effective communication skills allow you to liaise seamlessly between different stakeholders. Proficiency in using quality management software and tools is essential for this role.

  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management, preferably in the food industry sector.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the SEA market.
  • Excellent analytical skills coupled with problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong leadership skills with proven team management abilities.
  • Effective communication skills along with interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in quality management software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
