What you'll do:

As a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality for our client's range of electrical products and tools. You will be responsible for developing robust QA protocols, leading quality audits, monitoring product performance, and collaborating closely with various teams during new product development. Your expertise will be crucial in liaising with suppliers and manufacturers to uphold consistent quality standards. Additionally, your role will involve supporting regulatory compliance efforts by staying abreast of relevant safety and environmental standards.

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and testing procedures.
• Lead internal and external quality audits ensuring adherence to relevant industry standards.
• Monitor and analyze product quality performance throughout the development and production process.
• Review and approve product documentation, test reports, and certifications.
• Collaborate with functional teams during new product development to ensure quality is built in from the start.
• Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure consistent quality standards.
• Support regulatory compliance and maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable safety and environmental standards.
• Perform other tasks as requested by the line manager.

• Familiarity with lab testing equipment and procedures for electrical and lighting products.
• Strong analytical skills coupled with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Good command of English (4 skills).
