What you'll do:

As a Quality Controller based in Hanoi, you will be entrusted with overseeing the implementation of rigorous quality assurance protocols across various production sites. • Conduct thorough inspections of merchandise in accordance with established company procedures, ensuring each stage of the production process meets required standards.
• Promptly identify issues during inspections, resolve problems efficiently, and ensure all findings are documented accurately within prescribed timelines.
• Complete detailed inspection reports following company protocols, upload them on time, and follow up on outcomes to drive continuous improvement.
• Support the identification and mitigation of potential risks by deploying relevant quality requirements throughout production areas and ensuring they are fully understood by all stakeholders.
• Assist in managing critical quality incidents by implementing effective containment measures and supporting resolution efforts to maintain product integrity.

• Practical knowledge of quality assurance methodologies including risk mitigation tools and process optimisation techniques is essential.
• Fluency in Vietnamese is required for effective communication across local teams; proficiency in Chinese or English is also necessary for broader stakeholder engagement.
