What you'll do:

As a Quality Controller based in Hanoi, you will be entrusted with overseeing the implementation of rigorous quality assurance protocols across various production sites. Your day-to-day activities will involve close collaboration with both internal teams and external partners to guarantee compliance with product safety regulations. You will participate in pre-production meetings, liaise with customers regarding acceptance criteria, conduct meticulous inspections at every stage of manufacturing, and document your findings comprehensively.   • Promptly identify issues during inspections, resolve problems efficiently, and ensure all findings are documented accurately within prescribed timelines.
  • Complete detailed inspection reports following company protocols, upload them on time, and follow up on outcomes to drive continuous improvement.
  • Support the identification and mitigation of potential risks by deploying relevant quality requirements throughout production areas and ensuring they are fully understood by all stakeholders.

  • Practical knowledge of quality assurance methodologies including risk mitigation tools and process optimisation techniques is essential.
  • Fluency in Vietnamese is required for effective communication across local teams; proficiency in Chinese or English is also necessary for broader stakeholder engagement.
