Technical Manager

Our client is the global leading brand and manufacture in intimate apparel with manufacturing site located around Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Technical Manager shall provide leadership to the entire big technical team and to bring the team capability to the next level.

About the Technical Manager Role:

Our client is global leading company with strong presence all over the world. The Technical Manager shall lead the local Vietnam team of technical and work closely to with regional team in term of product development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive and coordinate product development team with the responsible functions of pattern making, master data, Sample and support production launch
• Optimise material usage
• Effective communication with key stakeholders in regional and group level
• Manage cost department
• Manage and continuous improvement of organisation and business process
• Provide leadership to the team, develop people and high performing culture
• Design and lead development strategy for technical function in Vietnam

To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.

Key Requirements:

• Excellent English
• 10 years' experience in intimate apparel sewing/pattern experience
• Structure approach, strategic thinking
• Continuous improvement mindset
• Excellent communication and leadership with experience in managing big team
