An exciting Technical Manager - Swine job has arisen in a leading organisation in Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam.

About the Technical Manager - Swine Role:

In this role, you will provide the technical knowledge and services to key account customers. Cross-functions coordinating with other teams to help customers improve performance with expected results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define work methodology to be used by the commercial and technical teams or clients and trains the commercial team on appropriate use
• Coordinate the mapping of all the digital solutions in a business, country or region to ensure the development of value solution packages
• Generate tools to support the sales teams in the management of their client portfolios to enable a focus on analysis and decision making
• Identify added value services to distributors and consumers and standardise and define key performance indicators to measure
• Collaborate with sales and strategic marketing to define and develop a plan of capabilities, processes, products and tools for distributors, sales executives and specialists to become leaders in the market
• Lead and develop a team, coach and make decisions related to talent management, hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions

To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of four years of related work experience
• Possess comprehensive knowledge related to technical products, applications and operating systems
• Two years of supervisory experience
• Business management experience in leading commercial teams in added value solutions
