About the R&D Expert - Feed Additives & Premix (Livestock)

In this job, you will lead a team to provide strong technical support for their sales team to reach commercial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to the technical colleagues and clients
• Support product launch process and field trials
• Lead the country technical team in managing and solving escalated technical issues
• Provide technical training and consultation regarding the assigned products to colleagues and clients
• Spend a significant amount of working time in the field with the sales team and independently to keep in touch with customer needs and technical support
• Developing technical strategies and brand plans for assigned products

To succeed in this role, you must have technical knowledge about animal feed additives/premix and feedmill networks.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master's/PhD Degree in Animal Nutrition or Veterinarian
• Result-oriented and able to work both independently and within a team environment
• Experience in premix for poultry and swine is an advantage
• Communication skills
• Technical skills
• Problem solving skill
• Fluent English and Vietnamese
