This education tech company is looking for an experienced Strategy Manager to play a key role in shaping the future of their company in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Education Tech industry, a proven track record in strategy and development, and a strong business acumen. Sales experience is a plus, as it will contribute to the growth strategy.

About the Strategy Manager Role:

In this role, you will develop, implement, and execute strategic initiatives that align with the company's long-term goals and objectives

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats within the education tech industry in Vietnam
• Assess the competitive landscape, identify key competitors, and formulate strategies to maintain and improve our market position
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate potential partnerships, alliances, and acquisition opportunities that enhance our product and service offerings
• Contribute to the development of sales strategies, including pricing, distribution, and channel management, to drive revenue growth
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry experts

To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
• Minimum of five years of experience in the education tech industry
• Proven experience in a strategy and development role, with a track record of successfully implementing strategic initiatives
• Experience in the education tech industry is a strong plus
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Fluent in Vietnamese and English
• Ability to pitch strategic presentations to C-level stakeholders
