About the Strategy Manager Role:

In this role, you are responsible for solving complex business problems. You will make analysis and suggestion on current business's improvement and launching new business for market competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Under the guidance of the General Director or Directors, your role entails delivering professional consulting services across the firm's various offices. Your primary responsibilities are outlined as follows:
• Leading assigned projects or project modules as directed by the Directors
• Engaging in discussions and collaboration with senior members (Directors/Managers) for new business development
• Acting as a coach and mentor to junior team members in coordination with other senior colleagues
• Carrying out tasks related to both business development and project delivery

To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.

Key Requirements:

• Possession of advanced graduate degrees (e.g., MBA, Ph.D., etc.) from leading educational institutions with an academic focus on business or quantitative disciplines (such as Finance, Business Administration, Management, etc.)
• A minimum of five years of prior experience in local private equity, investment banking, and M&A practices Having relevant strategy consulting experience is a beneficial asset
• A comprehensive understanding of the Vietnamese market along with a strong foundation in business knowledge
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with proficiency in both English and Vietnamese
• Exceptional resourcefulness, along with advanced problem-solving and analytical skills
• Effective time-management skills and adaptability, capable of meeting tight deadlines and managing multiple work streams concurrently
• A mature mindset and a strong customer service orientation, with a willingness to work in a demanding and results-driven team environment
• Proficiency in IT tools such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Fluency in the Vietnamese language is a mandatory requirement
