As the Head of Strategic Initiatives & CEO Office, you’ll play a pivotal role in turning vision into reality—leading cross-functional projects, driving business strategy, and ensuring seamless execution of top priorities. You’ll work across teams, influence key decisions, and help navigate regional expansion.

What You’ll Be Doing

🚀 Strategy & Execution

• Work alongside the CEO to drive strategic priorities and high-impact initiatives.
• Oversee execution of key projects across Operations, Commercial, Tech, Finance, and HR.
• Lead quarterly business planning, executive-level meetings, and leadership offsites.
• Ensure cross-functional collaboration and accountability for critical business objectives.

📈 Business Growth & Market Expansion

• Support regional growth strategies, M&A integrations, and new market entries.
• Partner with Strategy & Finance teams to evaluate market opportunities and growth levers.
• Identify roadblocks and drive solutions to accelerate business success.

🤝 Investor & Stakeholder Engagement

• Work directly with the CEO on board meetings, investor relations, and strategic partnerships.
• Prepare executive reports, financial presentations, and business updates.
• Represent the company at industry events, partner meetings, and government engagements.

🔍 Special Projects & Business Optimization

• Lead cross-functional transformation projects to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Work with Product, Tech, and Data teams to enhance automation and process optimization.
• Drive strategic problem-solving to unlock growth and scalability.

Who You Are

5+ years of experience in strategy consulting
Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and ability to synthesize complex problems.
Cross-functional leadership experience—capable of influencing at all levels of the business.
Bonus: Experience in e-commerce, digital platforms, or technology-driven businesses.
