A big manufacturer in food is looking a talent for Deputy CEO to expand the business with F&B value chain, Horeca and Distributors.

About the Deputy CEO role:

The Deputy CEO is responsible for growing and managing the fresh agricultural products business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ability to build strong commercial srategies
• Handle the big-sized team and support sales team with focus on company overall profitability
• Keeping a strong pulse on industry trends and happenings to take advantage of changing market
• Ability to think strategically about sales and communicate effectively
• Must be a good listener, excellent communicator
• Aids in forecasting and budgeting for the food service channel
• Collaborate with company stakeholders to achieve common goals

To succeed in this role, you need to have experience in similar products.

Key Requirements:

• A minimum of seven years in similar management roles
• Excellent oral and written communication skills. Should also have demonstrated problem solving ability and negotiation skills
• Experience in fresh products: fruits, meat to different channels is preferred
• Proven record in commercial roles
• Willing to relocate to Vietnam (expat profiles)
