Country Manager (Consultancy - HCM)

A young and passionate MNC companies is looking for Country Manager (Consultancy - HCM). In this job, you will work and be responsible for all sales activities to achieve the target.

About the Country Manager (Consultancy - HCM) Role:

In this role you will be responsible for promoting the business unit in Vietnam. You will also take a lead providing direction to all sales-related activities to your sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design strategy and set goals for growth
• Responsible for sales to achieve sales target for project sectors, maintain budgets and optimise expenses, team manager.
• Capable to identify new opportunities to increase the project pipelines, hiring and develop people.
• Build and maintain good relationship with new and existing Project Developers

To succeed in this role, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and cooperatively with senior manager, well-manage subordinates within internal matrix.

Key Requirements:

• At least 12-15 years of experiences with proven track record within real estate projects
• Extended network with Project Developers
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, management skill set
• Self-driven, self-disciplined, goal-oriented, excellent English and sharp
