Country Manager (CFD/Crypto Trading)

An exciting job opportunity of a Country Manager for a CFD/Crypto trading company has arisen in Ho Chi Minh City.

About the Country Manager Role:

The position will be report to the Managing Director of SEA requires prior experience in IB sales for another broker. The ideal candidate should possess excellent sales skills and have established IB relationships that they can introduce to the company. While our client's operations in Asia are large and profitable, the SEA team will be viewed as a startup with full support and versatility provided to the team executives, and full financial backing provided by the parent company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and build the business from scratch
• Bring in existing IB resources or sales teams
• Build sales teams for a successful CFD company in the region
• Ongoing recruitment and training of sales staff, and the capacity to develop a strategy to expand the company's IB networks in the designated market.

To succeed in the role, you should have a strong understanding about trading and sales.

Key Requirements:

• Fluency in English and Vietnamese
• Five or more years' experience in IB sales for another CFD company in the region, preferred retail sales experience
• The ability to bring in existing IB resources or sales teams
• Experience in building sales teams for a successful CFD company in the region
• Experience in ongoing recruitment and training of sales staff, and the capacity to develop a strategy to expand the company's IB networks in the designated market
