About the CEO Role:

Our Health Tech Division focuses on leveraging cutting-edge technologies, data-driven solutions, and digital health initiatives to enhance medical services, improve patient outcomes, and streamline healthcare delivery.

The CEO of the Health Tech Division will be responsible for providing strategic direction, leadership, and overall management of the division's operations. The successful candidate will be a visionary leader, adept at navigating the intersection of healthcare and technology, and will play a pivotal role in driving growth, innovation, and profitability for the division.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and communicate a clear and compelling vision for the Health Tech Division, aligning with the broader objectives of the healthcare group
• Formulate and execute strategies to enhance the division's market position, identify growth opportunities, and capitalise on emerging trends in the health tech industry
• Foster a culture of innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement within the division
• Identify and pursue strategic partnerships, collaborations, and joint ventures that align with the division's objectives and strengthen its position in the market
• Evaluate potential business opportunities, conduct market analysis, and make data-driven decisions to ensure the division remains competitive and relevant
• Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial sustainability and profitability of the division
• Monitor key financial indicators and take appropriate actions to optimise performance and meet financial targets
• Oversee the development and implementation of innovative health tech products, solutions, and services that meet the needs of healthcare providers, patients, and other stakeholders
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements to drive continuous improvement and stay ahead of the competition
• Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment
• Empower team members, provide mentorship, and facilitate professional growth and development
• Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations, data privacy laws, and industry standards
• Mitigate risks and establish effective risk management practices within the division
• Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, industry partners, investors, and government entities
• Represent the division in various industry forums and events to enhance its reputation and visibility

To succeed in the role, you should have a strong understanding about Commercial and Health Tech.

Key Requirements:

• A minimum of 10 years of senior leadership experience in the health tech or tech industry, with a track record of driving growth and innovation
• Proven experience in strategic planning, business development and technology development
• Strong understanding of health tech trends, digital health, and healthcare technologies
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., healthcare management, business administration, technology) is required; an advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MHA) is preferred
