• Plan & Execute: Develop and deliver an integrated product roadmap, from evaluation to soft and hard launch.
• Analyze & Forecast: Dive into daily stats to predict and improve game outcomes.
• Be the Visionary: Communicate product and publishing visions to the team and partners.

🚀 What You Bring to the Game:

• Published 2+ games as a publishing lead—proven track record in delivering excellence.
• 9+ years of experience in Vietnam’s online or mobile games industry.
• Background in publishing giants like VNG, Appota, Funtap is a HUGE plus!
• Deep expertise in genres like RPG, MMORPG, or Shooter games—you know the pulse of players!
• Leadership: Managed a publishing team of 30+ members with finesse.
• Fluent in Vietnamese and English—you bridge local and global effortlessly.
• Based in Ho Chi Minh City and ready to make a difference.
