Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Retail Operation Manager to join their team in Ho Chi Minh City. The successful candidate will work with key stakeholders to develop, implement and track retail operations processes, innovation and improvement projects, delivering a best-in-class brand-led consumer experience.

What you'll do:

As a Senior Retail Operation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the retail strategy in line with the company's ambitions. Your excellent analytical skills will be put to use as you prepare detailed reports, analyse retail trends, and perform productivity analysis to drive efficiencies. You will also take on project leadership roles for digital, OMNI, and other retail initiatives. Your ability to motivate teams will be crucial as you develop sales incentives and staff motivation programmes. Additionally, your strategic thinking will be essential as you manage the opening process for new stores.

• Co-define the Retail strategy for the country in line with targets and priorities
• Drive profitable market share growth of the Country Retail business
• Meet or exceed agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPI) targets for net sales and profitability
• Prepare weekly and monthly country retail related reports for analysis and insights to actions
• Analyze and interpret retail trends across country
• Perform productivity analysis to drive efficiencies (store, space, category, staff)
• Act as Point Person for Retail Operations in country
• Lead digital, OMNI, retail projects and initiatives
• Develop sales incentives and staff motivation programs
• Manage the opening process for new stores
